Privacy policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This policy explains what information MayPlanner collects, why, and what your rights are. It covers the website, the trainer dashboard and the trainee app.
What we collect
- Account details – name, email address and a profile picture if you upload one.
- Training data – plans, cycles, exercises and logged workouts, including weights, reps and notes.
- Data a trainer enters – the trainee's name and the trainer's private notes, which the trainee doesn't see.
- Calendar – sessions a trainer schedules with their trainees.
- Branding – the logo and color a trainer chooses to show their trainees.
- Notifications – your chat ID if you connect Telegram; a browser push subscription if you turn on the rest timer.
How we use it
To run the service: show plans, save workouts, send the notifications you asked for and let trainer and trainee see the same data. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
A trainer sees only their own trainees and their workouts. A trainee sees only their own plans and workouts. Other trainers see neither.
Service providers
- WorkOS – sign-in and account management.
- Render – server and database hosting, in Europe (Frankfurt).
- Telegram – sending notifications, only if you connect an account.
- MuscleWiki – exercise demo videos are streamed directly from MuscleWiki and never stored by us.
Cookies and local storage
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage for your language, theme and workouts not yet sent while offline. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Write to hello@mayplanner.fit.
